Honey Garlic Butter Board

Butter for Board

  • 1 cup Challenge Dairy Butter (2 sticks), room temperature

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Challenge Dairy Butter
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons garlic, finely minced
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 2 to 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons parmesan, grated
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

Butter for Board

    Spread the butter on a board.

Honey Garlic Sauce

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and Unsalted Challenge Dairy Butter.

    Add the minced garlic and saute for a minute.

    Then add the red pepper flakes, honey, and parmesan.

    Mix together until a thick sauce forms. Take off the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.

    Add the honey garlic sauce on the butter board along with more parmesan and red pepper flakes.
