- 8 slices brioche bread or white bread
- 4 Tablespoons Challenge Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil
- 2 large graham crackers, finely crushed
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1Spread one side of each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon of spreadable butter.
2Place graham cracker crumbs on a plate. Dip the buttered side into the cracker crumbs coating well.
3To press, place one slice of bread on the panini press, crumb side down on the bottom portion of the grill. Sprinkle on marshmallows and chocolate chips. Close the lid and cook according to the manufacturer’s directions.
4Remove and let cool for 2-3 minutes, sandwich filling will be hot. Slice in half and serve.
