- 4 ounces Challenge Cream Cheese
- 1 ¼ cup grated white cheddar
- ¼ cup beer
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon hot sauce
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese with remaining ingredients, reserving ¼ cup of the white cheddar cheese. Stir until completely mixed.
3Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of cheddar on top.
4Bake for about 15 minutes and then switch oven to broil until top is golden. Serve hot.
5Note: If making with pretzels, cheese dip can go in a hotter oven but reduce baking time.
