Combine anchovies, parsley, basil, tarragon, lemon juice, olive oil, mayonnaise, yogurt, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper in a blender. Blend on high until very smooth, 2-3 minutes.
Taste and add more salt or pepper, if needed. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate until ready.
Split King’s Hawaiian Slider buns in half and spread Everything Butter Snack Spread generously on both cut sides of the bun.
To assemble each slider, layer the bottom bun with a few slices of cucumber, ⅓ cup chicken, and a sprinkling of microgreens. Drizzle with green goddess dressing and cover with top of slider. Serve, passing more green goddess dressing for dipping.
