Green Goddess Chicken Sliders

All the flavors of green goddess salad dressing come together here in sandwich form, thanks to Challenge Everything Butter Snack Spread and King’s Hawaiian Slider Buns.

Green Goddess Dressing

  • 2 anchovies, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh chopped parsley leaves
  • ½ cup fresh chopped basil
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped tarragon
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Everything Chicken Sliders

  • 1 package (9-count) King’s Hawaiian Slider Buns
  • ½ cup Challenge Everything Butter Snack Spread
  • 3 cups roast chicken, roughly chopped (from 1 rotisserie chicken)
  • 2 cups sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts or microgreens

Green Goddess Dressing

  • 1

    Combine anchovies, parsley, basil, tarragon, lemon juice, olive oil, mayonnaise, yogurt, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper in a blender. Blend on high until very smooth, 2-3 minutes.

    Taste and add more salt or pepper, if needed. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate until ready.

Everything Chicken Sliders

    Split King’s Hawaiian Slider buns in half and spread Everything Butter Snack Spread generously on both cut sides of the bun.

    To assemble each slider, layer the bottom bun with a few slices of cucumber, ⅓ cup chicken, and a sprinkling of microgreens. Drizzle with green goddess dressing and cover with top of slider. Serve, passing more green goddess dressing for dipping.
