- 3 Tablespoons Challenge Spreadable Butter, plus more for spreading
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon minced chives
- salt and pepper
- 8 ounces lump crab meat
- 4 slices crusty bread, toasted
- lemon wedges, for serving
1In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons Challenge Spreadable Butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and combined. Add crab meat and gently mix to coat. Taste and add more salt, if needed.
2Spread toast with butter and divide crab mixture on top. Serve with lemon wedges.
