Grilled Everything Butter Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto

Could a side dish get any simpler than this? Challenge Everything Butter Snack Spread does the heavy lifting, adding plenty of flavor to this three-ingredient grilled veggie dish.


  • 1 bunch thin asparagus (about 30 spears), woody ends trimmed and discarded
  • 2 Tablespoons Challenge Everything Butter Snack Spread, melted
  • 4 ounces prosciutto

    Preheat grill to medium heat.

    Arrange asparagus on a sheet pan and toss with Challenge Everything Butter Snack Spread. Bundle 3 spears together, then wrap the center tightly with a slice of prosciutto.
