Grilled Everything Butter Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto
Could a side dish get any simpler than this? Challenge Everything Butter Snack Spread does the heavy lifting, adding plenty of flavor to this three-ingredient grilled veggie dish.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch thin asparagus (about 30 spears), woody ends trimmed and discarded
- 2 Tablespoons Challenge Everything Butter Snack Spread, melted
- 4 ounces prosciutto

1Preheat grill to medium heat.

2Arrange asparagus on a sheet pan and toss with Challenge Everything Butter Snack Spread. Bundle 3 spears together, then wrap the center tightly with a slice of prosciutto.

3Grill 5-7 minutes, gently flipping halfway between, until asparagus is bright green and tender and the prosciutto is crispy. Serve warm or room temperature.
