Chardonnay Cream

Ingredients

Ingredients: 
  • 2 cups chardonnay
  • 1 oz. shallots
  • ½ oz. garlic
  • 1 ea bay leaf
  • 1 Teaspoon thyme
  • 2 cups cream
  • ½ lb. (2 cups) Challenge Unsalted Butter

Directions

Reduce wine, shallots, garlic, bay leaf, thyme by ¾. Add cream; reduce by ½. Whisk in butter and strain.

Yield:

Approximately 8-10 (2 oz.) servings
