Ingredients

  • 1¾ sticks Challenge European Style Butter, softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Gradually blend flour into creamed mixture.

    Roll dough ¼" to 1/3" thick on lightly floured cloth covered board. Cut into small shapes. (Makes about 4 dozen cookies 1½ inches in diameter and 3/8 inches high)

    Place ½-inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes or until set.
