
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream together ½ cup butter and 1 cup flour. Press dough with the heel of your hand into the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan and bake at 350°F for 12 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs, then add: brown sugar, walnuts, coconut, 2 Tablespoons flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Mix until well-blended. Spread over first layer (already baked) and bake an additional 15-20 minutes. Cool.
Mix together powdered sugar, 2 Tablespoons butter, lemon juice and orange juice. Frost bars. Cut into squares.
Note: Better when kept refrigerated.
