Crisp Waffles
Savor your sunrise with this traditional breakfast pleasure. Topped with melting butter and mixed berries, you'll be reminded why it's a classic morning favorite.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¾ cups milk
- ½ cup (1 stick) Challenge Butter, melted
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
Step 1
Heat waffle iron.
Step 2
Beat eggs in medium bowl, using hand beater, until fluffy: beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth.
Step 3
Pour batter from cup or pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops.
Step 4
Remove waffle carefully. Serve with butter, berries and maple syrup.
