Garlic Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

Ingredients: 
  • 1/3 cup Challenge Butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 loaf frozen white bread dough

Directions

Thaw frozen bread dough. Melt butter in microwave for 45-60 seconds. Add garlic, Parmesan cheese and paprika to melted butter. Cook another 45 seconds in microwave. Break off pieces of dough the size of golf balls or slightly smaller. Roll into balls and drop into garlic butter mixture; coat well. Drain and place rolls in a lightly greased baking pan (9”x 13”) with sides of rolls not quite touching. Let rise until rolls are doubled in size. Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Yield: About 2 dozen rolls
