Cheese and Green Onion Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ cup (½ stick) Challenge Butter
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Grease baking sheet.

3Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal.

4Stir in grated cheese, green onions and buttermilk, stirring just until flour mixture is moist.

5Drop batter by heaping Tablespoons onto baking sheet.

6Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
