District Sales Manager - San Leandro, CA

Challenge Dairy Products, San Leandro Branch, has an immediate opening in our well-established foodservice distribution company. Challenge butter is the largest selling brand in the west and has been delivering quality dairy products for over 100 years. This business to business sales position (selling to restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturers in the greater San Jose area) offers the opportunity for a qualified person to join our team and truly make a difference within our company.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Secure new accounts as well as maintain existing customer base
  • Expand product line with existing customers
  • Achieve target sales goals
  • Credit and collections
  • Generate leads through cold calls and referrals


  • 3 + years existing sales experience – foodservice industry preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree or directly relevant sales experience required
